Abstract
A method for measuring a state of a substance, includes an irradiating process that irradiates an electromagnetic wave with respect to the substance inside a closed space, a receiving process that receives the electromagnetic wave, and a data processing process that performs a data processing on the electromagnetic wave received by the receiving process, wherein the irradiating process uses a chirped pulse wave as the electromagnetic wave.
Claims14
A method for measuring a state of a substance, the method comprising:
- irradiating an electromagnetic wave with respect to the substance inside a closed space;
- receiving the electromagnetic wave;
- and
- performing a data processing on the electromagnetic wave received by the receiving,
- wherein the irradiating uses a chirped pulse wave as the electromagnetic wave.
A device for measuring a state of a substance, the device comprising:
- a closed space;
- a transmitting section configured to irradiate an electromagnetic wave with respect to the substance inside the closed space;
- a receiving section configured to receive the electromagnetic wave;
- and
- a data analyzer configured to perform a data processing on the electromagnetic wave received by the receiving section,
- wherein the transmitting section uses a chirped pulse wave as the electromagnetic wave.
