Shutter-type rollable device for occluding an opening, comprising watertight sealing means

Roller shutter-type rollable occlusion device for closing an opening such as a door, a window or a bay window of a residential building such as a private or collective dwelling, or of an industrial building such as a shop, a factory, a garage/car park or a warehouse, said closing device comprising an external frame mounted in the opening and provided with at least two lateral guiding slides with a U-shaped cross-section facing one another, in order to define a general closure plane, and a set of transverse slats hinging relative to one another in pairs by the respective longitudinal edges thereof, the slats-sliding within the two lateral slides between a first inactive raised position in which said slats are rolled up around an upper transverse shaft and a second active lowered position in which said slats are unrolled and form an apron for closing said opening,

• characterised in that:
• the cross-section of the lateral slides is greater than the thickness of the slats,
• in the second, active lowered position of the closure apron, the slats-adopt a vertical accordion configuration in the lateral slides and form, relative to one another consecutively in pairs, front and rear angles not equal to 180°, and
• in a third lowered position, the slats adopt a protective and reinforced fluid-tight configuration, referred to as the position under frontal load, when the closure apron is subjected to a force on a front face, for example the pressure exerted by a height of water, so that the slats form, relative to one another consecutively, an angle as close as possible to 180°, or even equal to 180°, so that the closure apron is disposed in the general closure plane or parallel thereto.
