Abstract
A functional film contains an inorganic material as a main component and having a fine uneven structure on a surface. In a vertical cross section in a film thickness direction, a plurality of projections constituting the fine uneven structure is formed in a stepped shape having one or more stages, the functional film satisfies the following Formula (I): 10≤X×Y, where X is a Mohs hardness of the inorganic material, and an integer Y is the number of stages of the projections, and an average height from an lowermost bottom of lowest-stage projections of the plurality of projections to an outermost surface of highest-stage projections of the plurality of projections is 1 μm or less.

A functional film, containing an inorganic material as a main component and having a fine uneven structure on a surface, wherein
- in a vertical cross section in a film thickness direction, a plurality of projections constituting the fine uneven structure is formed in a stepped shape having one or more stages,
- the functional film satisfies the following Formula (I) where X is a Mohs hardness of the inorganic material, and an integer Y is the number of stages of the projections, and
- an average height from an lowermost bottom of lowest-stage projections of the plurality of projections to an outermost surface of highest-stage projections of the plurality of projections is 1 μm or less.
