Abstract
A table saw has a table on which the workpiece is placed. The table saw has a main body located below the table and equipped with a motor. The table saw has a cutting blade connected to the motor and penetrating the table in an up-down direction. The table saw has a guide mechanism for tilting the cutting blade along with the main body with respect to the table. The guide mechanism moves the center of the cutting blade downward and away from the table as the upper end of the cutting blade is moved closer to the table, and to the right (second side) opposite to the left (first side) to which the upper end moves.

A table saw comprising:
- a table for placing a workpiece;
- a main body disposed below the table having a motor;
- a cutting blade connected to the motor, the cutting blade penetrating the table in an up-down direction;
- and
- a movable mechanism for the cutting blade to be movable along with the main body with respect to the table, wherein the movable mechanism is configured to adjust a height of the main body with respect to the table, and an angle of the main body with respect to the table.
The table saw comprising:
- a table for placing a workpiece;
- a main body disposed below the table having a motor;
- a cutting blade connected to the motor, the cutting blade penetrating the table in an up-down direction;
- a movable mechanism for the cutting blade to be movable along with the main body with respect to the table, wherein the movable mechanism is configured to adjust a height of the main body with respect to the table, and an angle of the main body with respect to the table;
- a link configured to connect the table to the main body;
- a screw for loosing and tightening the table;
- and
- a link support releasably fixed to the table and connected to the link, wherein the link support is formed with an elongated hole penetrating in the up-down direction for the screw to be fitted in.
A table saw comprising:
- a table for placing a workpiece;
- a main body disposed below the table having a motor;
- a cutting blade connected to the motor, the cutting blade penetrating the table in an up-down direction;
- a height adjustment mechanism configured to move the main body between a reference height and a limit-exceeding height higher than the reference height to change a length of blade protrusion upward from the table,
- an angle adjustment mechanism configured to change an inclination angle of the main body with respect to a plane perpendicular to the table, and
- a height restriction mechanism configured to restrict the height adjustment mechanism to restrict an upward movement amount of the main body from the reference height to a restricted height lower than the limit-exceeding height, wherein the inclination angle of the main body is in a non-predetermined state, in which the inclination angle of the main body is not at a predetermined angle or within a predetermined angle range.
