• an inside of the launching tube (12) is sequentially divided into a first chamber (121), a second chamber (124) and a third chamber (127) from the rear end to a front end, the second chamber (124) being a sealed chamber, the first chamber (121) having an opening facing the rear end, and the third chamber (127) having an opening facing the front end;
• a first solenoid valve (123) communicating with the first chamber (121) and a second solenoid valve (126) communicating with the third chamber (127) are arranged in the second chamber (124), a first high-pressure gas cylinder (122) is arranged in the first chamber (121), and the first high-pressure gas cylinder (122) is connected with the first solenoid valve (123);
• an air pressure sensor (125) is further arranged in the second chamber (124);
• an inside of the cable storage tube (14) is sequentially divided into a fourth chamber (141) and a fifth chamber (145) from the rear end to a front end, the fourth chamber (141) having an opening facing the rear end, and the fifth chamber (145) having an opening facing the front end;
• a first storage battery (142) and a controller (143) are fixedly arranged in the fourth chamber (141), and a winding rod (136) and a cable (144) are arranged in the fifth chamber (145);
• two ends of the handle (15) are respectively fixedly connected with outer walls of the launching tube (12) and the cable storage tube (14), and the handle (15) is provided with a plurality of control buttons (151);
• the display (13) is connected with the launching tube (12) through a spherical hinge;
• the observing and aiming device (16) is embedded in the front end of the launching device (1), and the observing and aiming device (16) comprises a camera (162), a range-finding sensor (163) and a plurality of LED lamps (161) surrounding the camera (162) and the range-finding sensor (163);
• the life-saving appliance body (2) is arranged in the third chamber (127), and the life-saving appliance body (2) comprises a bullet-shaped hollow housing (21) and an inflatable float (22);
• the housing (21) is provided with a water inlet (212);
• the inflatable float (22) is folded in an inner cavity of the housing (21), and the inflatable float (22) comprises an inflatable airbag (226), an anti-skid net (225) arranged on a surface of the airbag (226), a control panel (222) arranged in a waterproof shell, a second high-pressure gas cylinder (223), and a third solenoid valve (224) arranged in an inner cavity of the airbag (226);
• an air inlet of the third solenoid valve (224) is hermetically connected with one end of a sleeve, the other end of the sleeve is hermetically connected with a wall surface of the airbag (226), and the second high-pressure gas cylinder (223) runs into an inner cavity of the sleeve and is connected with the air inlet of the third solenoid valve (224);
• and a second storage battery is integrated on the control panel (222), and the waterproof shell of the control panel (222) is provided with a positioning lamp (2221) and an electrode (2222) for powering on the control panel (222).
