Abstract
A heating assembly for an aerosol-generating device is provided, the heating assembly including: a first solder spot; a second solder spot; and a connection strip electrically connecting the first solder spot with the second solder spot, one of the first solder spot and the second solder spot being configured as a soft solder spot with a melting temperature between 225° C. and 275° C., and the connection strip being configured as a bimetal strip.

A heating assembly for an aerosol-generating device, the heating assembly comprising:
- a first solder spot;
- a second solder spot;
- and
- a connection strip electrically connecting the first solder spot with the second solder spot,
- wherein one of the first solder spot and the second solder spot is configured as a soft solder spot with a melting temperature between 225° C. and 275° C., and
- wherein the connection strip is configured as a bimetal strip.
