Abstract
The present application discloses derivatives of steroids, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, stereoisomers or tautomers thereof, and processes for preparation thereof. The compounds and compositions described herein can be used in therapy.

A compound of Formula (I):
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer or tautomer thereof, wherein:
- R1 is H or C1-6 alkyl;
- R2 is H, D, or C1-6 alkyl;
- R3 is C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, C(O)R5, NC(O)R5, NC(O)NR6R7, C(O)OR5, NHR5, or 5-membered heterocyclyl, wherein C1-6 alkyl is optionally substituted with one or more of OH or D, and 5-membered heterocyclyl is optionally substituted with C1-6 alkyl;
- R4 is H;
- or R3 and R4 taken together with the carbon atom to which they are attached form a 5-membered heterocycle;
- R5 is H, C1-6 alkyl, C3-10 cycloalkyl, SO2R6, NR6R7 or 5-6 membered heterocyclyl optionally substituted with one or more C1-6 alkyl;
- R6 and R7 are each independently H, C3-6 cycloalkyl, or C1-6 alkyl optionally substituted with C3-6 cycloalkyl;
- and
- the dashed line represents an optional double bond.

- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer or tautomer thereof, wherein:
- one of X1 and X2 is NR10, and the other is C═O,
- R10 is H or C1-6 alkyl;
- R11 is C1-6 alkoxy, C(O)OR13, C(O)NR13R14, C(O)R13, NR13R14, NC(O)R13, or C1-6 alkyl optionally substituted with one or more R13;
- R12 is H or OH;
- or
- R11 and R12 together form oxo;
- R13 and R14 are each independently H, C1-6 alkyl, C3-6 cycloalkyl, or NH2;
- R15 is H or OH;
- and
- each dashed line represents an optional double bond.
