Abstract
In a first aspect, a communication control method includes receiving, by a relay node, a packet in an upstream direction, and performing, by the relay node, routing processing for the packet, based on routing configuration information including a plurality of routing IDs. The performing of the routing processing includes, when an egress backhaul link corresponding to a routing ID matching destination information included in a BAP header of the packet is unavailable, performing inter-donor-DU re-routing for the packet.

A communication control method used in a cellular communication system, the communication control method comprising:
- receiving, by a relay node, a packet in an upstream direction;
- and
- performing, by the relay node, routing processing for the packet, based on routing configuration information comprising a plurality of routing IDs,
- wherein the performing of the routing processing comprises
- performing inter-donor-DU (Distributed Unit) re-routing for the packet, in response to an egress backhaul link being unavailable and the relay node being instructed, by a doner node, that the inter-donor-DU re-routing being enable, wherein the egress backhaul link corresponds to a routing ID that matches destination information comprised in a BAP (Backhaul Adaptation Protocol) header of the packet.
A relay node used in a cellular communication system, the relay node comprising:
- a receiver configured to receive a packet in an upstream direction;
- and
- a controller circuitry configured to perform routing processing for the packet, based on routing configuration information comprising a plurality of routing IDs, wherein
- the controller circuitry is configured to perform inter-donor-DU re-routing for the packet in the routing processing, in response to an egress backhaul link being unavailable and the relay node being instructed, by a doner node, that the inter-donor-DU re-routing being enable, wherein the egress backhaul link corresponds to a routing ID that matches destination information comprised in a BAP (Backhaul Adaptation Protocol) header of the packet.
A chipset for a relay node used in a cellular communication system, the chipset comprising:
- a receiver circuitry configured to receive a packet in an upstream direction;
- and
- a controller circuitry configured to perform routing processing for the packet, based on routing configuration information comprising a plurality of routing IDs, wherein
