• wherein the positive electrode active material region, the insulation region, and the interaction region are located on the positive electrode current collector;
• the interaction region is located between the positive electrode active material region and the insulation region and connected to the positive electrode active material region and the insulation region;
• the positive electrode active material region comprises a positive electrode active material;
• the insulation region comprises an inorganic filler;
• the interaction region comprises both the positive electrode active material and the inorganic filler;
• and
• the electrolyte comprises at least one of a cyano-containing compound or a sulfur-oxygen double bond containing compound.
