Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a monocrystalline metal foil and a monocrystalline metal foil manufactured thereby, the method comprising the steps of: fixing each of the ends of a polycrystalline metal foil to electrodes; and heat-treating the fixed polycrystalline metal foil to manufacture a monocrystalline metal foil.
Claims7
An apparatus for manufacturing a monocrystalline metal foil, the apparatus comprising:
- a chamber;
- and
- a metal foil heating unit,
- wherein the chamber includes:
- a first fixing unit and a second fixing unit positioned to be spaced apart from each other and provided to fix a polycrystalline metal foil;
- and
- a distance adjustment unit connected to the first fixing unit, the second fixing unit, or the first fixing unit and the second fixing unit to adjust a spaced distance between the first fixing unit and the second fixing unit.
