Abstract
The present application relates to an electrode assembly and an electrode assembly manufacturing method. The method of manufacturing the electrode includes supplying a first electrode, a second electrode and a separator to a stack table, stacking the first electrode and the separator, winding the first electrode with the separator one or more times to form a folded separator, and stacking the second electrode after the step of winding the first electrode with the separator to form a stacked object. The stacked object includes the first electrode and the second electrode alternatingly disposed between the folded separator.
Claims11
A method of manufacturing an electrode assembly comprising:
- supplying a first electrode to a stack table;
- supplying a second electrode to the stack table;
- supplying a separator to the stack table;
- stacking first electrode and the separator;
- winding the first electrode with the separator one or more times to form a folded separator;
- and
- stacking the second electrode after the step of winding the first electrode with the separator to form a stacked object wherein the stacked object includes the first electrode and the second electrode alternatingly disposed between the folded separator.
