Systems and methods for providing an automatically tailored user experience

A system for dynamically assigning a pre-selected user experience displayed in a graphical user interface, the system comprising:

• at least one processor;
• a communication interface communicatively coupled to the at least one processor;
• and a memory device storing executable code that, when executed, causes the processor to:
• receive user login information from a user, the login information including identifying information associated with the user and linking the user to a first entity or a second entity;
• automatically ascertain whether to display a first format associated with the first entity or a second format associated with the second entity within a graphical user interface based on the identifying information associated with the user and which entity the user is linked to;
• display a first window in at least one of the first format and the second format within the graphical user interface on a computing device;
• receive, via the graphical user interface, a user selection of a request to initiate an interaction;
• determine, by a processor, whether the interaction is a first type of interaction or a second type of interaction;
• and
• automatically display, based on the determined type of interaction, a second window in at least one of the first format and the second format within the graphical user interface.

A user device for dynamically assigning a predetermined user experience displayed in a graphical user interface, the user device comprising:

• at least one processor;
• a communication interface communicatively coupled to the at least one processor;
• and a memory device storing executable code that, when executed, causes the processor to:
• in response to receiving user login information from a user, initiate display of a graphical user interface comprising at least one of a first format associated with a first entity and a second format associated with a second entity;
• determine whether the user is associated with the first entity or the second entity;
• in response to determining which entity the user is associated with, display a first window in at least one of the first format and the second format within the graphical user interface;
• receive user selection of at least one interaction;
• in response to receiving the user selection, transmit the selection to a back-end server system and navigate the user to a second window to complete the selected at least one interaction;
• display within the graphical user interface at least one of the first format and the second format based on the selected at least one interaction.
