Abstract
A traffic control method includes: receiving a first input/output (I/O) request sent by a first client device in a plurality of client devices, where the first I/O request is for accessing a first hard disk in a plurality of hard disks configured for the server device; and processing, by the server device, the first I/O request by using a first buffer region in a plurality of buffer regions.

A method implemented by a server device, wherein the method comprises:
- receiving a first input/output (I/O) request from a first client device of a plurality of client devices, wherein the first I/O request is for accessing a first hard disk of the server device, and wherein the first hard disk is one of a plurality of hard disks configured for the server device;
- and
- processing the first I/O request using a first buffer region in a plurality of buffer regions,
- wherein the plurality of buffer regions are for buffering first data of second I/O requests for accessing the plurality of hard disks,
- wherein the first buffer region is dedicated to buffering second data of third I/O requests for accessing the first hard disk, and
- wherein the first I/O request is one of the third I/O requests.

- a transmission interface;
- and
- one or more processors coupled to the transmission interface and configured to:
- receive, using the transmission interface, a first input/output (I/O) request from a first client device of a plurality of client devices, wherein the first I/O request is for accessing a first hard disk of the server device, and wherein the first hard disk is one of a plurality of hard disks configured for the server device;
- and
- process the first I/O request using a first buffer region of buffer regions,
- wherein the buffer regions are for buffering first data of a plurality of second I/O requests for accessing the plurality of hard disks,
- wherein the first buffer region is dedicated to buffering second data of third I/O requests for accessing the first hard disk, and
- wherein the first I/O request is one of the plurality of third I/O requests.

- a plurality of client devices comprising a first client device that is configured to send a first input/output (I/O) request;

- a server device coupled to the client devices and configured to:
