Abstract
The present invention relates to a composition for proliferating natural killer cells, comprising feeder cells and a method for proliferating natural killer cells. Specifically, the present invention relates to a method for proliferating natural killer cells by using feeder cells that are transformed to express at least one gene selected from the group consisting of B7H6, CD137L, IL-15, and IL-15Rα.

A composition for proliferating natural killer cells, comprising feeder cells that express B7H6.
A feeder cell line that expresses B7H6.
A method of producing feeder cells that express B7H6, comprising the steps of:
- (1) transforming the B7H6 gene with a virus expression vector to produce a recombinant virus;
- and
- (2) adding the recombinant virus to the feeder cells and culturing them.
A method for proliferating natural killer cells, comprising the step of culturing feeder cells that express B7H6 and peripheral blood mononuclear cells.
