Abstract
The present invention is directed to pharmaceutical formulations comprising the anti-α4β7 integrin antibody Vedolizumab. The formulations comprise a specific concentration of trehalose and shows improved handling and stability properties. Furthermore, the present invention concerns products comprising said formulations and uses thereof for the treatment of various diseases.

A liquid pharmaceutical formulation comprising Vedolizumab and trehalose, wherein the concentration of trehalose is between 6% (w/v) and 8% (w/v).
