A compound of formula (I),

• wherein the compound is:
• (i) a crystal form A having an X-ray powder diffraction pattern of Cu Kα radiation comprising characteristic diffraction peaks at the following 2θ angles:
• 9.26±0.20°, 19.47±0.20°, and 22.69±0.20°;
• or
• (ii) a hydrate form of the compound;
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound selected from a methanesulfonate, a p-toluenesulfonate, a benzenesulfonate, an oxalate, a hydrobromide, and a hydrochloride.
