Abstract
The present invention provides a method for obtaining a high-quality product. The present invention relates to a tank for use in a purification apparatus, the tank being at least one of a crystallization tank that forms a slurry containing crystals of a compound or a ripening tank that is capable of keeping crystals of a compound suspended in the ripening tank, the tank including: an agitator; and a baffle for generating an upward flow from a swirling flow, the tank being capable of forming a supernatant part consisting of a supernatant and a suspension part where the crystals of a compound are suspended.

A tank for use in a purification apparatus, the tank being at least one of a crystallization tank that forms a slurry containing crystals of a compound or a ripening tank that is capable of keeping crystals of a compound suspended in the ripening tank,
- the tank including:
- an agitator;
- and
- a baffle for generating an upward flow from a swirling flow,
- the tank being capable of forming a supernatant part consisting of a supernatant and a suspension part where the crystals of a compound are suspended.
A method for producing a compound, the method comprising:
- feeding a slurry containing crystals of a compound to a tank;
- agitating the slurry containing crystals of a compound in the tank;
- and
- withdrawing the slurry containing crystals of a compound agitated in the agitating from the tank,
- the tank being at least one of a crystallization tank that forms a slurry containing crystals of a compound or a ripening tank that is capable of keeping crystals of a compound suspended in the ripening tank,
- the tank including:
- an agitator;
- and
- a baffle for generating an upward flow from a swirling flow,
- the tank being capable of forming a supernatant part consisting of a supernatant and a suspension part where the crystals of a compound are suspended.
A method for purifying a compound, the method comprising:
- feeding a slurry containing crystals of a compound to a tank;
- agitating the slurry containing crystals of a compound in the tank;
- and
- withdrawing the slurry containing crystals of a compound agitated in the agitating from the tank,
- the tank being at least one of a crystallization tank that forms a slurry containing crystals of a compound or a ripening tank that is capable of keeping crystals of a compound suspended in the ripening tank,
- the tank including:
- an agitator;
- and
- a baffle for generating an upward flow from a swirling flow,
- the tank being capable of forming a supernatant part consisting of a supernatant and a suspension part where the crystals of a compound are suspended.
