A wall-mountable exercise machine, comprising a vertically-mountable beam, a trolley for riding the vertically-mountable wall beam and being configured to lock at differing positions along the vertically-mountable wall beam, a shoulder rotatably connected to the trolley, an arm connected to and rotatable with the shoulder, the arm and the shoulder being configured to lock at differing rotation positions relative to the trolley, and a knob extending from the shoulder, the knob being movable in a first direction to enable rotation of the arm and being movable in a second direction to enable longitudinal movement of the trolley along the beam.
