Abstract
Described herein are methods of cell therapies. Also described herein are methods of establishing a mixed chimerism, and/or preventing a rejection of a donor organ in a subject wherein said subject has received an organ transplant, the method comprising administering to said subject a population of hematopoietic cells, wherein said organ transplant comprises a heart transplant.

A method of establishing a mixed chimerism, and/or preventing a rejection of a donor organ in a subject wherein said subject has received an organ transplant, the method comprising administering to said subject a population of hematopoietic cells, wherein said organ transplant comprises a heart transplant.
A method of establishing a mixed chimerism, establishing a T-cell macrochimerism of at least about 4%, preventing a host-versus-graft response, and/or preventing a rejection of a donor organ in a subject wherein said subject has received an organ transplant, the method comprising administering to said subject a population of CD34+ cells.
