Abstract
A patch formed into a suitable shape to fit an area of thinning hair to enable targeted delivery of a composition comprising hair-stimulating ingredients. The patch comprises a mesh substrate and hydrogel system which includes active ingredients that promote the improvement of hair growth and strength in targeted areas experiencing hair thinning.

A composition for reducing the appearance of hair thinning, comprising:
- a) an active ingredient that promotes hair stimulation;
- b) an active ingredient that activates the hair follicle;
- and
- c) an active ingredient for skin calming.

A patch delivery system comprising
- a mesh substrate in a designed shape;
- and
- a hydrogel layer comprising an active ingredient that promotes hair stimulation, an active ingredient that enhances hair strength, and an active ingredient for skin conditioning.
A method of using a patch delivery system to increase the appearance of fuller-looking hair, comprising:
- applying a patch to a targeted area of a scalp or face having thinning or reduced hair growth, wherein the patch comprises a hydrogel embedded around a mesh substrate;
- waiting at least 5 minutes to allow time for the patch to deliver at least one active ingredient to hair follicles in the targeted area;
- removing the patch from the targeted area.
