A compound of structural Formula (I):

• or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates or solvate thereof wherein:
• D is —NR7R8;
• A is —CHR9, —CHR10CHR11, —CHR12CHR13CHR14;
• B is —S—, —NR15 or —CH2NR31;
• Z is —H, alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkenyl, substituted alkenyl, —CO2R16, —CO2NR17R18, —CH2OR19 or —CN;
• R7 and R8 are independently —H, alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkenyl, substituted alkenyl, cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, substituted cycloalkenyl, cycloheteroalkyl, substituted cycloheteroalkyl, cycloheteroalkenyl, substituted cycloheteroalkenyl, aryl, substituted aryl, arylalkyl, substituted arylalkyl, arylalkenyl, substituted arylalkenyl, heteroalkyl, substituted heteroalkyl, heteroalkenyl, substituted heteroalkenyl, heteroaryl, substituted heteroaryl, heteroarylalkyl, substituted heteroarylalkyl, heteroarylalkenyl, substituted heteroarylalkenyl or R7 and R8 together with the atoms to which they are attached form a cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, substituted cycloalkenyl heterocycloalkyl, substituted heterocycloalkyl, heterocycloalkenyl or substituted heterocycloalkenyl ring;
• R15 is —H, alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkenyl, substituted alkenyl, aryl, substituted aryl, arylalkyl, substituted arylalkyl, heteroaryl, substituted heteroaryl, heteroarylalkyl, substituted heteroarylalkyl;
• R16, R19, R20, R23, R24, R27, R28 and R31 are independently —H, alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkenyl, substituted alkenyl, cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, substituted cycloalkenyl, cycloheteroalkyl, substituted cycloheteroalkyl, cycloheteroalkenyl, substituted cycloheteroalkenyl, aryl, substituted aryl, arylalkyl, substituted arylalkyl, arylalkenyl, substituted arylalkenyl, heteroalkyl, substituted heteroalkyl, heteroalkenyl, substituted heteroalkenyl, heteroaryl, substituted heteroaryl, heteroarylalkyl, substituted heteroarylalkyl, heteroarylalkenyl or substituted heteroarylalkyl;
• R9 is —H, alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, —CO2R20, —CO2NR21R22, —CH2OR23 or —CN;
• R10 and R11 are independently —H, alkyl, alkenyl, —CO2R24, —CO2NR25R26, —CH2OR27, —CN or R10 and R11 together with the atoms to which they are attached form a cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, substituted cycloalkenyl, cycloheteroalkyl, substituted cycloheteroalkyl, cycloheteroalkenyl or substituted cycloheteroalkenyl ring;
• R12, R13 and R14 are independently —H, alkyl, alkenyl, —CO2R28, —CO2NR29R30, —CH2OR31, —CN or R12 and R13 together with the atoms to which they are attached form a cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, substituted cycloalkenyl, cycloheteroalkyl, substituted cycloheteroalkyl, cycloheteroalkenyl or substituted cycloheteroalkenyl ring, or R13 and R14 together with the atoms to which they are attached form a cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, substituted cycloalkenyl, cycloheteroalkyl, substituted cycloheteroalkyl, cycloheteroalkenyl or substituted cycloheteroalkenyl ring or R10 and R12 together with the atoms to which they are attached form a cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, substituted cycloalkenyl, cycloheteroalkyl, substituted cycloheteroalkyl, cycloheteroalkenyl or substituted cycloheteroalkenyl ring;
• R17 and R15 are independently —H, alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkenyl, substituted alkenyl, cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, substituted cycloalkenyl, cycloheteroalkyl, substituted cycloheteroalkyl, cycloheteroalkenyl, substituted cycloheteroalkenyl, aryl, substituted aryl, arylalkyl, substituted arylalkyl, arylalkenyl, substituted arylalkenyl, heteroalkyl, heteroalkenyl, heteroaryl, substituted heteroaryl, heteroarylalkyl, substituted heteroarylalkyl, heteroarylalkenyl or substituted heteroarylalkyl or R17 and R18 together with the atoms to which they are attached form a cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, substituted cycloalkenyl, cycloheteroalkyl, substituted cycloheteroalkyl, cycloheteroalkenyl or substituted cycloheteroalkenyl ring;
• R21 and R22 are independently —H, alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkenyl, substituted alkenyl, cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, substituted cycloalkenyl, cycloheteroalkyl, substituted cycloheteroalkyl, cycloheteroalkenyl, substituted cycloheteroalkenyl, aryl, substituted aryl, arylalkyl, substituted arylalkyl, arylalkenyl, substituted arylalkenyl, heteroalkyl, heteroalkenyl, heteroaryl, substituted heteroaryl, heteroarylalkyl, substituted heteroarylalkyl, heteroarylalkenyl, substituted heteroarylalkyl or R21 and R22 together with the atoms to which they are attached form a cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, substituted cycloalkenyl, cycloheteroalkyl, substituted cycloheteroalkyl, cycloheteroalkenyl or substituted cycloheteroalkenyl ring;

• provided that R7 and R8 are not both —H.
