Abstract
A novel crystalline form of a citrate of a tricyclic derivative compound represented by Formula 1, a method for preparing the crystalline form of the citrate, and a crystalline form of a tricyclic derivative compound represented by Formula 1, usefully used in the preparation of the crystalline form of the citrate.

A crystalline form of a citrate of a tricyclic derivative compound represented by the following formula:
A method for preparing a crystalline form of a citrate of a tricyclic derivative compound represented by Formula 1 below, comprising:
- (a) obtaining a crystalline compound of Formula 1
- (i) by reacting a compound of Formula 2 with a compound of Formula 3 in Scheme 1-1 below, or
- (ii) by reacting a compound of Formula 2′ with a compound of Formula 3′ in Scheme 1-2 below,
- and then performing a crystallization process;
- and
- (b) reacting the crystalline compound of Formula 1 above with citric acid at 50 to 80° C. in one or more solvents selected from the group consisting of an organic solvent and water:
