Provided in the present disclosure are a conveying mechanism and a nucleic acid detection apparatus. Specifically, the conveying mechanism includes: a frame; a movable plate, movably disposed on the frame in a horizontal direction, the movable plate having a material carrying position located above the frame and a material picking-up position protruding forward from the frame; and a first carrying table, movably disposed on the movable plate in a vertical direction.

A conveying mechanism, comprising:
- a frame;
- a movable plate, movably disposed on the frame in a horizontal direction, wherein the movable plate has a material carrying position located above the frame and a material picking-up position protruding forward from the frame;
- and
- a first carrying table, movably disposed on the movable plate in a vertical direction.
