Abstract
A refilling station comprises a receiving device for receiving a dispenser can to be refilled with an active ingredient, a transponder reader for selectively reading dispenser can-related data of a dispenser can transponder attached to the dispenser can when the dispenser can is attached to the receiving device, and a control device for controlling refilling of the dispenser can with the active ingredient based on the read dispenser can data, when the dispenser can is attached to the receiving device.

Refilling station, comprising:
- a receiving device for receiving a dispenser can to be refilled with an active ingredient;
- a transponder reader for selectively reading dispenser can-related data from a dispenser can transponder attached to the dispenser can when the dispenser can is attached to the receiving device;
- and
- a control device for controlling the refilling of the dispenser can with the active ingredient based on the read dispenser can-related data.
Method of operating a refilling station, the method comprising:
- receiving a dispenser can to be refilled with an active ingredient at a receiving device of the refilling station;
- selectively reading dispenser can-related data from a dispenser can transponder attached to the dispenser can by a transponder reader of the refilling station when the dispenser can is attached to the receiving device;
- and
- controlling the refilling of the dispenser can with the active ingredient based on the read dispenser can-related data by means of a control device of the refilling station.
