Abstract
A tube connector includes a body. A fluid channel is formed inside the body. A first connecting portion configured to be connected to the round tube and a second connecting portion configured to be connected to the flat tube are formed on the body. The first connecting portion is a hollow columnar structure. The second connecting portion includes an oblong interface. A weld face that fits a shape of the flat tube is formed on an inner sidewall of the interface.

A tube connector, configured to connect a flat tube and a round tube in a thermal management system of a battery, the tube connector comprising:
- a body, a fluid channel being formed inside the body;
- a first connecting portion formed on the body and configured to be connected to the round tube;
- and
- a second connecting portion formed on the body and configured to be connected to the flat tube;
- wherein:
- the first connecting portion is a hollow columnar structure, and the columnar structure is configured to be socketed to the round tube;
- and
- the second connecting portion comprises an oblong interface, and a weld face that fits a shape of the flat tube is formed on an inner sidewall of the interface.
