Abstract
A culture device for manufacturing an organoid of a 3D shape according to an embodiment includes: a culture plate provided with one or more insertion grooves; and an organoid device inserted to and removed from the insertion grooves and provided with one or more culture grooves, wherein the culture grooves provided on the culture plate may be formed in a pattern having a predetermined diameter on the surface of the culture plate.
Claims8
An organoid culture device to culture organoids in a 3D shape, comprising:
- a culture plate including one or more insertion grooves;
- and
- an organoid device configured to be inserted to and removed from each of the one or more insertion grooves, and including one or more culture grooves,
- wherein the one or more culture grooves are disposed on a surface of the organoid device in a pattern having a diameter of 5 μm to 5000 μm and spaced apart from each other in 5 μm to 5000 μm.
