Abstract
A seat back assembly for a passenger seat, such as but not limited to an aircraft passenger seat, includes a seat back and a backrest assembly. The backrest assembly includes a backrest and a headrest. The backrest is movable relative to the seat back between a stowed position and a deployed position. The headrest is supported on the backrest and is movable relative to the backrest between a stowed position and a deployed position.

A seat back assembly for a passenger seat, the seat back assembly comprising:
- a seat back;
- and
- a backrest assembly comprising a backrest and a headrest, wherein the backrest is movable relative to the seat back between a stowed position and a deployed position, and wherein the headrest is supported on the backrest and is movable relative to the backrest.
A seat back assembly for a passenger seat, the seat back assembly comprising:
- a seat back comprising a first lateral side and a second lateral side;
- and
- a backrest assembly comprising a backrest and a headrest, wherein the backrest is pivotably connected to the first lateral side of the seat back, and wherein the headrest attached to the backrest and movable relative to the backrest.
A seat back assembly for a passenger seat, the seat back assembly comprising:
- a seat back;
- and
- a backrest assembly comprising a backrest, a privacy panel, and a headrest, wherein the backrest and the privacy panel are each configured to swivel relative to the seat back, and wherein the headrest is movable relative to the backrest.
