A bacteriophage composition comprising one or more bacteriophages comprising a polynucleotide sequence selected from a polynucleotide sequence with at least 90% identity to SEQ ID NO:1, a polynucleotide sequence with at least 90% identity to SEQ ID NO:2, a polynucleotide sequence with at least 90% identity to SEQ ID NO:3, a polynucleotide sequence with at least 90% identity to SEQ ID NO:4, a polynucleotide sequence with at least 90% identity to SEQ ID NO:5, and/or a polynucleotide sequence with at least 90% identity to SEQ ID NO:6;
- wherein the composition comprises between 1×108 and 1×1011 plaque-forming units (PFU) per milliliter of each bacteriophage.
The bacteriophage composition of claim 2011, wherein the composition's target bacteria range is broader than the cumulative range of the individual bacteriophages in the composition.
