Hand weeder

An apparatus comprising:

• a pair of elongated members pivotally connected to each other, wherein:
• each elongated member comprises a first body portion and a second body portion,
• the first body portion comprises a handle grip and a cavity portion,
• the handle grip is pivotally connected to the first body portion at a pivot point,
• the handle grip is configured to rotate about the pivot point to move between a handle grip closed position and a handle grip open position, and
• the handle grip is configured to be inserted into the cavity portion in the handle grip closed position;
• and
• a plurality of teeth disposed on the second body portion.

An apparatus comprising:

• a pair of elongated members pivotally connected to each other, wherein:
• each elongated member comprises a first body portion and a second body portion,
• the first body portion comprises a handle grip and a cavity portion,
• the handle grip is pivotally connected to the first body portion at a pivot point,
• the handle grip is configured to rotate about the pivot point to move between a handle grip closed position and a handle grip open position, and
• the handle grip is configured to be inserted into the cavity portion in the handle grip closed position;
• and
• a plurality of teeth disposed on the second body portion, wherein each tooth is helical in shape and inclined at a predefined angle relative to a second body portion longitudinal axis.
