A structured rolled sanitary tissue product comprising at least two plies, wherein the structured rolled sanitary tissue product has a crumple resistance of less than 30 grams force, a caliper of 450 microns/2 ply to 600 microns/2 ply, a bulk softness (TS7) of 10 or less, an average peak to valley depth of at least 100 microns, and is un-calendered.
