Ribbon laminated body, honeycomb core precursor, honeycomb core, cylindrical structure, artificial satellite central cylinder and ribbon laminated body creating method

A ribbon laminated body creating method comprising:

• an application step to perform, on ribbon sheets for the number of application being the number of sheets corresponding to a scale of a honeycomb core to be created, a step to form an adhesion belt that is constituted by a low-temperature curing adhesive and a high-temperature curing adhesive, and that is arranged with a designated pitch, by applying the low-temperature curing adhesive so as to make an application shape being a shape obtained by continuously arranging, in a cycle along an arrangement direction, a figure that is constituted by an area surrounded by a mountain shape projecting toward a direction along a direction orthogonal to the arrangement direction, an inverse-mountain shape corresponding to a shape symmetric to the mountain shape with respect to a central axis being an axis along the arrangement direction, the central axis being an axis placed in a direction opposite to the direction along the direction orthogonal to the arrangement direction with respect to the mountain shape, a line connecting an end point in the arrangement direction of the mountain shape and an end point in the arrangement direction of the inverse-mountain shape, and a line connecting an end point in a direction opposite to the arrangement direction of the mountain shape and an end point in the direction opposite to the arrangement direction of the inverse-mountain shape, and by applying, with a designated pitch along the direction orthogonal to the arrangement direction, the low-temperature curing adhesive to make the application shape, wherein a vertex of the mountain shape and a vertex of the inverse-mountain shape are placed along the direction orthogonal to the arrangement direction, and applying the high-temperature curing adhesive which is cured at a temperature higher than a temperature at which the low-temperature curing adhesive is cured to both sides of each of the low-temperature curing adhesive applied, which are both sides in the direction along the direction orthogonal to the arrangement direction, on application surfaces being one side of the ribbon sheets used for creating a honeycomb core;
• a lamination step to form a ribbon sheet laminated body by layering the ribbon sheets for the number of application, whereon adhesion belts are formed, so that any of each two application surfaces do not face each other, the arrangement direction is uniform, each of a position of the vertex of the mountain shape and a position of the vertex of the inverse-mountain shape is aligned in the direction along the direction orthogonal to the arrangement direction, and positions of the adhesion belts in each two adjacent ribbon sheets are shifted for a half pitch corresponding to half an interval of the designated pitch in the direction along the direction orthogonal to the arrangement direction, and after the ribbon sheets for the number of application are layered, by superposing a ribbon sheet whereon the adhesion belt is not formed so as to cover a ribbon sheet placed at a top layer;
• an adhesion step to create a ribbon lamination adhesion block body by curing the low-temperature curing adhesive included in the ribbon sheet laminated body at a temperature equal to or higher than the temperature at which the low-temperature curing adhesive is cured, and lower than the temperature at which the high-temperature curing adhesive is cured;
• and
• a cutting step to cut the ribbon lamination adhesion block body at a first cutting surface being a cross section along both of the direction along the direction orthogonal to the arrangement direction, and a lamination direction of the ribbon sheets layered, which is a cross section passing the vertex of the mountain shape and the vertex of the inverse-mountain shape, and to cut the ribbon lamination adhesion block body at a second cutting surface being a cross section along both of the direction along the direction orthogonal to the arrangement direction, and the lamination direction of the ribbon sheets layered, which is a cross section passing a vertex of a valley formed between adjacent mountain shapes, and a vertex of a valley formed between adjacent inverse-mountain shapes.
