Abstract
Provided herein are glycoprotein particles comprising one or more glycoproteins, or fragments thereof that enhance targeting of a particle to a cell or tissue. A glycoprotein particle as provided herein may be used for any application, including therapeutic and diagnostic treatments.
Claims45
A glycoprotein particle comprising a particle and a glycoprotein, wherein the glycoprotein is any one of the sequences of SEQ ID NOS:
- 1-224, 281-284, or 286-573 as set forth in Table 1, a sequence comprising at least 70%, at least 80%, at least 90%, at least 95%, at least 96%, at least 97%, at least 98%, or at least 99% identity thereto, or a fragment thereof.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising a glycoprotein particle of any one of the preceding claims and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, diluent, or excipient.
