Abstract
An electric device, in particular an electric bicycle, includes an electronic system having a control unit and a first communication interface for wireless communication. The electric device also includes a communication module having a second communication interface. The electric device is configured to exchange data or information with a mobile terminal. The communication module is configured to be deactivated by the mobile terminal.

An electric device, comprising:
- an electronic system including a control unit and a first communication interface for wireless communication;
- and
- a communication module including a second communication interface,
- wherein the electric device is configured to exchange data or information with a mobile terminal, and
- wherein the communication module is configured to be deactivated by the mobile terminal.
