## Abstract

A server identifies a condition impacting communication services at a premises housing devices. The server transmits, to multiple devices of multiple respective administrators, a message indicating the condition. The server creates a communication session for addressing the condition. The server adds accounts associated with the multiple devices of the multiple administrators to the communication session.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method, comprising:
identifying a condition impacting communication services at a premises housing devices;
transmitting, to multiple devices of multiple respective administrators, a message indicating the condition;
creating a communication session for addressing the condition; and
adding accounts associated with the multiple devices of the multiple administrators to the communication session.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein transmitting the message indicating the condition comprises:
transmitting the message indicating the condition via a messaging application for real-time communication between two or more human-operated devices.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the message includes one or more selectable elements each associated with a different action for addressing the condition.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein identifying the condition comprises invoking a webhook.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein identifying the condition comprises comparing a current status of an on-premises network device to a key performance indicator.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the message comprises a JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) formatted message.

### Claim 7 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the messaging application is associated with a software platform for providing the communication services at the premises housing the devices.

### Claim 8 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, comprising:
storing a data structure including conditions; and
generating the message using the stored data structure.

### Claim 9

At least one non-transitory computer readable medium storing instructions operable to cause one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
identifying a condition impacting communication services at a premises housing devices;
transmitting, to multiple devices of multiple respective administrators, a message indicating the condition;
creating a communication session for addressing the condition; and
adding accounts associated with the multiple devices of the multiple administrators to the communication session.

### Claim 10 (depends on 8)

The at least one non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 8, wherein transmitting the message indicating the condition comprises:
transmitting the message indicating the condition via a messaging application for communication between two or more human-operated devices.

### Claim 11 (depends on 8)

The at least one non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 8, wherein the message includes one or more elements each associated with a different action for addressing the condition.

### Claim 12 (depends on 8)

The at least one non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 8, wherein identifying the condition comprises invoking at least one webhook.

### Claim 13 (depends on 8)

The at least one non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 8, wherein identifying the condition comprises comparing a current status of an on-premises network device to a performance indicator.

### Claim 14 (depends on 8)

The at least one non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 8, wherein the messaging application is associated with a platform for providing communication services at the premises housing the devices.

### Claim 15 (depends on 8)

The at least one non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 8, the operations comprising:
storing a data structure including conditions, wherein the message is generated using the stored data structure.

### Claim 16

A system, comprising:
memory hardware; and
processing circuitry configured to execute instructions stored in the memory hardware to:
identifying a condition impacting communication services at a premises housing devices;
transmitting, to multiple devices of multiple respective administrators, a message indicating the condition;
creating a communication session for addressing the condition; and
adding accounts associated with the multiple devices of the multiple administrators to the communication session.

### Claim 17 (depends on 16)

The system of claim 16, wherein transmitting the message indicating the condition comprises:
transmitting the message indicating the condition via a messaging application for communication between two or more devices.

### Claim 18 (depends on 16)

The system of claim 16, wherein the message includes one or more elements each associated with an action for addressing the condition.

### Claim 19 (depends on 16)

The system of claim 16, wherein identifying the condition comprises invoking one or more webhooks.

### Claim 20 (depends on 16)

The system of claim 16, wherein identifying the condition comprises comparing a current status of an on-premises network device to a stored indicator.
