### Claim 4 (depends on 2)

The method for manufacturing the cell-derived vesicles of claim 2, wherein than the extruding step of step a) is performed at a higher pressure than the harvesting step of step a-1).

### Claim 5 (depends on 2)

The method for manufacturing the cell-derived vesicles of claim 2, wherein the harvesting step of step a-1) is performed under pressure conditions of is 0.1 to 0.4 bar.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The method for manufacturing the cell-derived vesicles of claim 1, wherein the extruding step of step a) is performed under pressure conditions of 1 to 2.5 bar.

### Claim 7 (depends on 2)

The method for manufacturing the cell-derived vesicles of claim 2, wherein the cell suspension is supplied in a reverse direction of the direction in which the cell culture solution is discharged from the depth filter.

### Claim 8 (depends on 1)

The method for manufacturing the cell-derived vesicles of claim 1, wherein the extruding step of step a) is repeated 1 to 120 times.

### Claim 9 (depends on 8)

The method for manufacturing the cell-derived vesicles of claim 8, wherein the repetition is performed by reciprocating through one depth filter.

### Claim 10 (depends on 8)
