Abstract
The present invention relates to a composition comprising a supernatant of a peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) cell culture for use in the treatment of skin scars.

A method of therapeutically treating a skin scar comprising:
- administering a therapeutically effective amount of a supernatant of a peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) cell culture to the skin scar,
- wherein the skin scar is a hypertrophic scar or a keloid scar and wherein the PBMC cell culture comprises monocytes, T cells, B cells, and NK cells.

A method of cosmetically treating a skin scar comprising:
- administering an effective amount of a composition comprising a supernatant of a peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) cell culture to the skin scar,
- wherein the PBMC cell culture comprises monocytes, T cells, B cells, and NK cells.
