Abstract
A light emitting element includes a first electrode, a second electrode on the first electrode, an emission layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, and a hole transport region between the first electrode and the emission layer and including an amine compound represented by Formula 1, where at least one selected from R12, R23, and R34 is a substituted or unsubstituted methyl group.
Claims23
A light emitting element, comprising:
- a first electrode;
- a second electrode on the first electrode;
- an emission layer between the first electrode and the second electrode;
- and
- a hole transport region between the first electrode and the emission layer, and comprising an amine compound represented by Formula 1:
- wherein, in Formula 1,
- at least one selected from among R11 to R14, R21 to R24, R31 to R34, and R41 to R43 is a substituted or unsubstituted methyl group, and the remainder are each independently hydrogen, deuterium, a halogen, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group of 6 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group of 2 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, and/or combined with an adjacent group to form a ring,
- Ar1 is a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group of 6 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group of 2 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms,
- L is a direct linkage, a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group of 6 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroarylene group of 2 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, and
- Ra is hydrogen, deuterium, a halogen, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group of 6 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group of 2 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, or combined with an adjacent group from each other to form a ring.
