Abstract
A capability obtaining method, includes: receiving configuration information from a first base station; receiving, in response to being in a disconnected state, broadcast information of a second base station in accordance with the configuration information; and determining capability information of the second base station for wireless charging according to the broadcast information.

A capability obtaining method, performed by a terminal, comprising:
- receiving configuration information from a first base station;
- receiving, in a disconnected state, broadcast information of a second base station in accordance with the configuration information;
- and
- determining capability information of the second base station for wireless charging according to the broadcast information.

A configuration sending method, performed by a first base station, comprising:
- sending configuration information to a terminal, wherein the configuration information comprises a configuration for the terminal in a disconnected state to receive broadcast information of a second base station in accordance with the configuration and determine capability information of the second base station for wireless charging according to the broadcast information.
A capability receiving method, performed by at least one of a core network or a network management system, comprising:
- receiving capability information of a second base station for wireless charging sent by a third base station, wherein the capability information is obtained by a terminal from broadcast information of the second base station, and wherein the terminal in a disconnected state receives the broadcast information in accordance with configuration information sent by a first base station.
