Method transmitting uci on pusch, terminal, and device

A method for uplink control information, UCI, transmission on physical uplink shared channel, PUSCH, comprising:

• determining that a physical uplink control channel, PUCCH, carrying UCI overlaps with a plurality of PUSCHs in time domain resources, wherein the PUCCH and the plurality of PUSCHs have different physical layer priorities, or the plurality of PUSCHs have different physical layer priorities;
• selecting one PUSCH from the plurality of PUSCHs according to a preset selection rule, or selecting a PUSCH with a physical layer priority same as a physical layer priority of the PUCCH from the plurality of PUSCHs;
• and
• receiving the UCI over the selected PUSCH.

A terminal, comprising:

• a memory, configured for storing computer programs;
• a transceiver, configured for receiving and sending data under control of a processor;
• and
• the processor, configured for reading the computer programs in the memory to execute:
• determining that a physical uplink control channel, PUCCH, carrying uplink control information, UCI, overlaps with a plurality of physical uplink shared channels, PUSCHs, in time domain resources, wherein the PUCCH and the plurality of PUSCHs have different physical layer priorities, or the plurality of PUSCHs have different physical layer priorities;
• selecting one PUSCH from the plurality of PUSCHs according to a preset selection rule, or selecting a PUSCH with a physical layer priority same as a physical layer priority of the PUCCH from the plurality of PUSCHs;
• and
• communicating the UCI over the selected PUSCH.

A network side device, comprising:

• a memory, configured for storing computer programs;
• a transceiver, configured for receiving and transmitting data under control of a processor;
• and
• the processor, configured for reading the computer programs in the memory to execute:
• determining that a physical uplink control channel, PUCCH, carrying uplink control information, UCI, overlaps with a plurality of physical uplink shared channels, PUSCHs, in time domain resources, wherein the PUCCH and the plurality of PUSCHs have different physical layer priorities, or the plurality of PUSCHs have different physical layer priorities;
• selecting one PUSCH from the plurality of PUSCHs according to a preset selection rule, or selecting a PUSCH with a physical layer priority same as a physical layer priority of the PUCCH from the plurality of PUSCHs;
• and
• receiving the UCI over the selected PUSCH.
