Communication method and communication apparatus

A communication method, comprising:

• sending first indication information to a first terminal device, wherein the first indication information indicates the first terminal device to measure a second signal received on X1 first resources, the second signal comprises an echo signal of a first signal, and the first signal is a signal sent by the first terminal device;
• receiving a measurement result from the first terminal device, wherein the measurement result indicates signal quality indication information of the second signal on Y1 first resources, Y1 is greater than or equal to 1, and the Y1 first resources belong to the X1 first resources;
• and
• sending second indication information to the first terminal device, wherein the second indication information indicates at least one target first resource, the at least one target first resource is determined based on the signal quality indication information of the second signal on the Y1 first resources, and the at least one target resource is used by the first terminal device to send the first signal.

A communication apparatus, comprising at least one processor and one or more memories coupled to the at least one processor, wherein the one or more memories store programming instructions for execution by the at least one processor to perform operations comprising:

• sending first indication information to a first terminal device, wherein the first indication information indicates the first terminal device to measure a second signal received on X1 first resources, the second signal comprises an echo signal of a first signal, and the first signal is a signal sent by the first terminal device;
• receiving a measurement result from the first terminal device, wherein the measurement result indicates signal quality indication information of the second signal on Y1 first resources, Y1 is greater than or equal to 1, and the Y1 first resources belong to the X1 first resources;
• and
• sending second indication information to the first terminal device, wherein the second indication information indicates at least one target first resource, the at least one target first resource is determined based on the signal quality indication information of the second signal on the Y1 first resources, and the at least one target resource is used by the first terminal device to send the first signal.
