Abstract
An HARQ feedback method and a UE performing the HARQ feedback method are provided. The HARQ feedback method includes transmitting a Physical Sidelink Control Channel (PSCCH)/Physical Sidelink Shared Channel (PSSCH) to a second UE, and receiving a Physical Sidelink Feedback Channel (PSFCH) transmitted by the second UE performing the HARQ feedback according to a decoding result of the PSCCH/PSSCH.

A method performed by a first user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
- receiving first sidelink control information (SCI) via a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH);
- receiving second SCI via a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH);
- identifying whether hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback information for the PSSCH includes only negative acknowledgement (NACK) based on the second SCI;
- and
- transmitting the HARQ feedback information for the PSSCH via a physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH).

A first user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the first UE comprising:
- a transceiver;
- and
- at least one processor coupled with the transceiver and configured to:
- receive first sidelink control information (SCI) via a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH),
- receive second SCI via a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH),
- identify whether hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback information for the PSSCH includes only negative acknowledgement (NACK), based on the second SCI, and
- transmit the HARQ feedback information for the PSSCH, via a physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH).
