Wireless power transmission device and control method of the same

A control method of a wireless power transmission device configured to wirelessly transmit power, the control method comprising:

• receiving identification information related to a type of a cooking appliance;
• determining a limited frequency corresponding to the identification information, based on transmission frequency information stored in memory of the wireless power transmission device;
• and
• setting an operation frequency range of first power being transmitted to the cooking appliance in a low-load state in which an operation of a main load of the cooking appliance is stopped, based on the limited frequency.

A cooking appliance comprising:

• a receiving coil configured to wirelessly receive power from a wireless power transmission device;
• a communication interface configured to establish a wireless communication connection to the wireless power transmission device;
• memory storing one or more programs including instructions and reception frequency information for each of a plurality of wireless power transmission devices;
• and
• a controller including one or more processors and electrically connected to the communication interface and the memory,
• wherein the instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the cooking appliance to:
• control the communication interface to receive source identification information of the wireless power transmission device from the wireless power transmission device,
• determine a limited frequency corresponding to the source identification information, based on the reception frequency information, and
• control the communication interface to transmit the limited frequency to the wireless power transmission device.
