Abstract
According to an embodiment it is a method comprising obtaining first data indicative of an imbalance of one of a first energy storage unit and a second energy storage unit with respect to the respective other one of the first energy storage unit and the second energy storage unit; providing an operational parameter based on the first data for one or more of, at least one of a first converter unit and a second converter unit; at least one of a first diode element and a second diode element; and a load; wherein the operational parameter acts against the imbalance.

A method comprising:
- obtaining first data indicative of an imbalance of one of a first energy storage unit and a second energy storage unit with respect to the respective other one of the first energy storage unit and the second energy storage unit;
- providing an operational parameter based on the first data for one or more of, at least one of a first converter unit and a second converter unit;
- at least one of a first diode element and a second diode element;
- and a load;
- wherein the operational parameter acts against the imbalance;
- wherein the method is operable for controlling an electric power supply of an electric power supply system;
- and
- wherein the electric power supply system comprises the first energy storage unit electrically connected to the first converter unit and the second energy storage unit electrically connected to the second converter unit, wherein the first converter unit is electrically connected to the load via the first diode element and wherein the second converter unit is electrically connected to the load via the second diode element.
A system comprising:
- a first energy storage unit, a second energy storage unit, a first converter unit, a second converter unit, a first diode element, a second diode element, a load, and a data processing apparatus;
- wherein the first energy storage unit is electrically connected to the first converter unit and the second energy storage unit is electrically connected to the second converter unit;
- wherein the first converter unit is electrically connected to the load via the first diode element and the second converter unit is electrically connected to the load via the second diode element;
- wherein the data processing apparatus is communicatively connected to at least one of the first converter unit, the second converter unit, the first diode element, the second diode element, and the load;
- and
- wherein the data processing apparatus is operable to,
- obtaining first data indicative of an imbalance of one of the first energy storage unit and the second energy storage unit with respect to the respective other one of the first energy storage unit and the second energy storage unit;
- providing an operational parameter based on the first data for one or more of, at least one of the first converter unit and the second converter unit;
- at least one of the first diode element and the second diode element;
- and the load;
- wherein the operational parameter acts against the imbalance;
- and
- wherein the system is operable to be an electric power supply system for controlling an electric power supply.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium operations having stored thereon instructions executable by a computer system to perform operations comprising:
- obtaining first data indicative of an imbalance of one of a first energy storage unit and a second energy storage unit with respect to the respective other one of the first energy storage unit and the second energy storage unit;
- providing an operational parameter based on the first data for one or more of, at least one of a first converter unit and a second converter unit;
- at least one of a first diode element and a second diode element;
- and a load;
- wherein the operational parameter acts against the imbalance;
- wherein the instructions are operable for controlling an electric power supply of an electric power supply system;
- and
- wherein the electric power supply system comprises the first energy storage unit electrically connected to the first converter unit and the second energy storage unit electrically connected to the second converter unit, wherein the first converter unit is electrically connected to the load via the first diode element and wherein the second converter unit is electrically connected to the load via the second diode element.
