Abstract
The present invention provides an electrolyte capable of improving charge/discharge cycle performance of a nonaqueous secondary battery containing a lithium-free transition metal sulfide as a cathode active material. The electrolyte is for a nonaqueous secondary battery containing a lithium-free transition metal sulfide as a cathode active material and includes an organic solvent containing a chain carbonate compound, lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide (LiTFSI), and an additive.

An electrolyte for a nonaqueous secondary battery,
- the nonaqueous secondary battery comprising a lithium-free transition metal sulfide as a cathode active material,
- the electrolyte comprising an organic solvent containing a chain carbonate compound,
- lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide (LiTFSI), and
- an additive.
