A negative electrode plate for a secondary battery and a preparation method therefor, and a secondary battery comprising the negative electrode plate, a battery module, a battery pack, and a power consuming device are described. The composite lithium metal negative electrode plate of the present application comprises a current collector and an active substance layer coated on at least one surface of the current collector, wherein the active substance layer comprises an active substance and a lithiophilic material having a core-shell structure, and the core of the lithiophilic material contains a lithiophilic substance and the shell thereof is a carbon material.
