Abstract
A system and method for personalizing an image associated with a credit or debit card connected to a digital wallet. The system includes a processor for processing data and information, a communications interface communicatively coupled to the processor, and a memory device storing data and executable code. When the code is executed, the processor provides information on at least one card to the mobile device, where the card includes a personalized image unique to a user, displays a representation of the card on the mobile device including the personalized image, and uses the mobile device for making an acquisition by a transfer from the card.
Claims20
A system for operating a mobile device, said system comprising:
- at least one processor for processing data and information;
- a communications interface communicatively coupled to the at least one processor;
- and
- a memory device storing data and executable code that, when executed, causes the at least one processor to:
- provide information on at least one card to the mobile device, where the card includes a personalized image unique to a user;
- display a representation of the card on the mobile device including the personalized image;
- and
- use the mobile device for making an acquisition by a transfer from the card.
A method for personalizing a representation of a card, said method comprising:
- providing at least one card that includes a personalized image unique to a user of the card;
- uploading information on the card including the personalized image to a mobile device;
- displaying a representation of the card on the mobile device, said representation including the personalized image;
- and
- using the mobile device for making a purchase by transferring funds connected to the card.
A system for personalizing a representation of a card, said system comprising:
- means for providing at least one card that includes a personalized image unique to a user of the card;
- means for uploading information on the card including the personalized image to a mobile device;
- means for displaying a representation of the card on the mobile device, said representation including the personalized image;
- and
- means for using the mobile device for making a purchase by transferring funds connected to the card.
