Abstract
A data storage method includes allocating first stream identifiers (IDs) of a first subset of streams of a storage device that supports multi-stream to data files based on first access attribute information of the data files, allocating second stream IDs of a second subset of the streams to metadata for the data files based on second access attribute information of the metadata, and writing the data files and the metadata into storage areas of the storage device based on the first stream IDs and the second stream IDs, respectively.

A data storage method comprising:
- allocating first stream identifiers (IDs) of a first subset of a plurality of streams of a storage device that supports multi-stream to data files based on first access attribute information of the data files;
- allocating second stream IDs of a second subset of the plurality of streams to metadata for the data files based on second access attribute information of the metadata;
- and
- writing the data files and the metadata into storage areas of the storage device based on the first stream IDs and the second stream IDs, respectively.
A data storage device comprising at least one processor that is configured to at least:
- allocate first stream identifiers (IDs) of a first subset of a plurality of streams of a storage device that supports multi-stream to data files based on first access attribute information of the data files, and to allocate second stream IDs of a second subset of the plurality of streams to metadata for the data files based on second access attribute information of the metadata;
- and
- write the data files and the metadata into storage areas of the storage device based on the first stream IDs and the second stream IDs, respectively.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium that stores a computer program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to at least:
- allocate first stream identifiers (IDs) of a first subset of a plurality of streams of a storage device that supports multi-stream to data files based on first access attribute information of the data files;
- allocate second stream IDs of a second subset of the plurality of streams to metadata for the data files based on second access attribute information of the metadata;
- and
- write the data files and the metadata into storage areas of the storage device based on the first stream IDs and the second stream IDs, respectively.
