Abstract
A panel is usable with a cell phone having a housing, a network interface, a user interface, and a camera. The panel includes a display panel having light elements to display an image, and a touch panel disposed on the display panel to receive a touch input, the panel having a first portion and a second portion, the second portion being in the first portion and having a transparent condition. The camera of the cell phone is in the second portion of the panel.

A panel usable with a cell phone having a housing, a network interface, and a user interface, the panel comprising:
- a display panel comprising light elements to display an image;
- and
- a touch panel disposed on the display panel to receive a touch input,
- wherein the panel comprises a first portion and a second portion, the second portion being in the first portion and having a transparent condition such that a camera of the cell phone is in the second portion.
