Abstract
A film including a polymer matrix with a first refractive index, a component with a second refractive index embedded in the polymer matrix in a disordered arrangement, wherein the second refractive index is different from the first refractive index, wherein the film scatters 400 to 500 nm wavelengths of light and allows transmission of wavelengths of light from 600 to 800 nm.

A film comprising
- a polymer matrix with a first refractive index,
- a component with a second refractive index embedded in the polymer matrix in a disordered arrangement, wherein the second refractive index is different from the first refractive index,
- wherein the film scatters 400 to 500 nm wavelengths of light and allows transmission of wavelengths of light from 600 to 800 nm.
