Abstract
A clutter detection apparatus includes: a first discrimination unit that receives observation data obtained by observing a weather condition, and discriminates a plurality of pieces of fine weather data, which are observation data in fine weather, based on the observation data; and a second discrimination unit that calculates a statistical value of a clutter for each range bin of a radar coverage area based on the plurality of pieces of fine weather data, and discriminates a wind turbine clutter that is an echo caused by a wind turbine based on a variance of the statistical value.

A clutter detection apparatus comprising:
- a first discrimination unit that receives observation data obtained by observing a weather condition, and discriminates a plurality of pieces of fine weather data, which are observation data in fine weather, based on the observation data;
- and
- a second discrimination unit that calculates a statistical value of a clutter for each range bin of a radar coverage area based on the plurality of pieces of fine weather data, and discriminates a wind turbine clutter that is an echo caused by a wind turbine based on a variance of the statistical value.
A clutter detection method comprising:
- receiving observation data obtained by observing a weather condition, and discriminating a plurality of pieces of fine weather data which are observation data in fine weather based on the observation data;
- calculating a statistical value of a clutter for each range bin of a radar coverage area based on the plurality of pieces of fine weather data;
- and
- discriminating a wind turbine clutter that is an echo by a wind turbine based on a variance of the statistical value.
A program causing a computer to execute:
- receiving observation data obtained by observing a weather condition and discriminating a plurality of pieces of fine weather data, which are observation data in fine weather, based on the observation data;
- calculating a statistical value of a clutter for each range bin of a radar coverage area based on the plurality of pieces of fine weather data;
- and
- discriminating a wind turbine clutter that is an echo by a wind turbine based on a variance of the statistical value.
